Recent Events:

The RiskSpectrum Team attended the RAMS Europe conference in Amsterdam, where we presented our ongoing work on linking the model-based engineering tool Capella to ModelBuilder. The feedback was very positive, and we look forward to presenting our finished product at a future conference. It was also a good place to meet RiskSpectrum clients as well as learn about new RAMS techniques and methods that can be applied to our software.

Recent Releases:

RiskWatcher Web 1.9.3 has several improvements to make using the risk monitor easier and more intuitive, for example, by modifying the state of the plant directly from the dashboard, visibly getting feedback from the application when calculations are running, starting calculations directly from the dashboard and also importing events from upcoming history directly from the dashboard.. This version also includes RSAT 3.6.2.

RW Connector 1.2.3 is designed to work with RWWeb 1.9.1 and higher.

RiskSpectrum PSA Premium

From 1 January 2025, RiskSpectrum PSA is replaced by RiskSpectrum PSA Premium. This new version includes three tools:

• RiskSpectrum PSA Macro
• RiskSpectrum Multi-Unit PSA
• RiskSpectrum VersionControl

This package includes the most useful RiskSpectrum PSA add-on tools and is something the user group has requested. By packaging them, we have made them more accessible to a wider audience.

Upcoming releases:

Version Control will be released in 2025 Q4.

Hazlite 1.4 includes significantly improved integration functionality with PSA models and is scheduled for release in Q4 2025.

SDP 1.3 with improved functionality for separate management of seismic will be released in Q4 2025.

PSAIS (information system) is a new tool for getting an easy overview of PSA results from one or several PSA models. Will be released in Q4 2025.

RiskSpectrum PSA 1.7 is on track to be completed in the first half of 2026.

HRA 2.0 (including the dependency module) is scheduled to be released in 2026.

RWWeb 1.9.4 is scheduled for release at the end of 2025.

News

User Group Meetings:

Our final online user group meeting of 2025 will take place on November 20 at 09:00 and 15:00 CET, where we will discuss Version Control and PSAIS. You can register HERE.

Our 2026 User Group Meeting will take place at the end of May or early in June 2026 in Stockholm. Please register HERE.

RiskSpectrum offers services related to all our software. If you need to make changes to your PSA, RiskWatcher or ModelBuilder models, speak to us first. We have dealt with your situation in the past and can offer expert advice on the best way to approach it. 
An example of our expertise is the PSA model optimization we are conducting for a client. Once complete, the PSA model will fully utilize RiskSpectrum software functions, improving calculation speed without sacrificing accuracy. Get in touch to find out more.

Refresher courses:

Our refresher courses have kicked off! We held the first 3 in March and April. They were well-attended, and we received good feedback on the shorter format and focus on specific topics.

ModelBuilder training:

Starting in 2026, we will hold regular training for ModelBuilder. This is a great place for new users to learn how to use the tool. It is also a great place for non-users to learn how the tool works in-depth and how adopting MBSA can be a transformative way to further design engineering.
