March 2016: Problems using Consequences as initiating event
Results may include non-valid cutsets if you run analyses involving Initiating Events using a Consequence as input that is not assigned to any Sequences in your model.
There will however be a warning if you use the "Compact Master Fault Tree" setting in the Analysis Setting Dialog, but not if you use any of the other two settings:
"Inherit BC sets";
"No inherit of BC Sets"
A workaround is to start your analysis with the setting 'Compact Master Fault Tree'. If no warnning is produced the calculation with 'Inherit' and 'No inherit' settings for BC sets will not be affected by this bug.
Fixed in 3.3.0
