Feb 2016: CCF Events set to true have no effect
Setting the state of Common Cause Failure (CCF) events to True/False in the CCF Fault Tree editor or in the CCF Event editor does not have any effect on the analysis. These events will be treated as if they had their state set to Normal.
You can change the status of a CCF Event to true/false and then select the command Propagate true/false on the Record menu when you have the Fault Tree editor open. The effect of the CCF Events status will now have an impact on the result when you run your analysis.
