Release RiskSpectrum RiskWatcher 1.24

A CD with RiskSpectrum RiskWatcher 1.24 has been shipped to the RiskWatcher user group. This new version includes bug-fixes and new additions, for example, a special tool that simplifies validation of resultsand the possibility to calculate cumulative risk based on Absolute Frequency or Delta Frequency.

RiskWatcher now comes in four languages: English, Russian, Chinese and Japanese.
