Fix available for download A problem with a lost reference in CCF Events has been discovered in RiskSpectrum PSA/FTP Professional version 2.10.02. The problem only affects time dependent analyses. The good news is that there is a fix available for download on our website. The fix is available on the Support pages. To log onto the support pages you must type the serial number for your RiskSpectrum license. You can find your serial number (8 digits) in the ‘About box’ under ‘License information’ in the RiskSpectrum PSA/FTP Professional user interface and on your license agreement. The fix updates 2.10.02 to 2.10.03. A new feature is also available in RiskSpectrum PSA/FTP Professional version 2.10.03: The display of your Serial Number in the ‘About box’ is “selectable”. This simplifies logging on to the support pages: Simply open the ‘About box’, select the Serial Number and press Ctrl+C and then paste it in the field for logging onto the support pages. Make sure to “refresh” the display (press F5) in your Internet browser if you find that the content is not up-to-date. |
